Bridge to Success Mentorship
The mission of the program is to facilitate the development of emerging leaders by utilizing the education, knowledge, experience, and skills of established female leaders in the community, and by encouraging best practices in their respective careers. The desire is that The Bridge Program will prepare women to become effective leaders who also will serve as positive role models in the community and beyond.
WiBN is happy to be accepting nominations for the new class of Bridge to Success Mentees. Bridge to Success is a progressive mentoring program for business women in the Dayton area who want to work with other women to make the leap from good to great. The nomination and application process strives to select a group of 12 women with diverse interests, ages and cultural groups to be mentored by some of the region's top business women
The program involves a 2 year commitment. In the first year, mentees will rotate through the 12 mentors. In the second year, participants will engage in quarterly leadership training opportunities with the mentors. Don't miss this opportunity to nominate someone you know for this unique experience where learners evolve into leaders and opportunities develop into experience
Nomination forms and FAQs are posted on the WiBN website and must be completed by February 7 , 2014.
