Mary is married to her best friend Gerad, resides in Washington Township, OH with the sweetest dog ever – Thomas and has 6 nieces and nephews she enjoys. She is also the Crew Chief for her and her husband Gerad’s race car business Bigmil Motorsports, LLC, a member of the WiBN Advisory Board, the co-chair/facilitator for WiBN Master Mind and an alternative on the Washington Township Zoning Board of appeals.

Carol is a native of Dayton, Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Social Work from St. Leo University in St. Leo, Florida.
Her professional background includes; former Licensed Social Worker with an emphasis on Mental Health, former Grade School Teacher, former Social Service Director and Ombudsman. She served seven years as an Aide to former Congressman Tony P. Hall and was employed at the Pentagon as a Congressional Liaison Representative for the United States Air Force Academy. Carol served as Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners, Montgomery County, Ohio and also served as an Aide to former Ohio State Senator Fred Strahorn. Ms. Prewitt is a veteran of the United States Air Force. She is President of Prewitt Consulting, LLC and consults in the areas of Etiquette and Business Protocol, Civility Training, and Coaching.

She has received numerous awards and acknowledgements for her professional and community service. Her awards include the Department of the Air Force Meritorious Civilian Service Award and Medal, Mary Scott Legacy Award Honoree and The Presidents Club Outstanding Community Service Award.
Her hobbies include spending quality time with family and friends, mentoring youth, reading, writing poetry and short stories, journaling, bowling, skating, Pilates, foreign travel and music. She has a daughter, Felicia Marie and two grandsons, Xavier and Jalen.

Teresa is a communications consultant, project manager, copywriter, speechwriter
and author with 25 years of professional experience.
She is owner and president of Zumwald & Company, which provides strategy, internal and external communications, and speechwriting services to organizations ranging from large corporations to small businesses. Specialties include corporate communication, customer communication, employee/member communication, marketing communications, media relations/public relations and publications.
Her work has been published in more than 35 magazines, journals and corporate publications, both internal and external, and she is the author of three corporate history books. Before creating Zumwald & Company in 1989, Teresa was a communications specialist for Geographic Information Services at Woolpert, a national design, engineering and geospatial firm.
Teresa holds a B.A. in journalism from The Ohio State University in Columbus and a capstone minor in marketing. Teresa serves as the Action Team Leader of the WiBN Public Relations Committee and facilitator of "Hot Topics" Koffee Talk.
